Mindful Movement 1/19/2021

This is a 30 minute high energy, fun and creative on-line class designed for preschool age children.  Classes are loved by children 3-8, older siblings and parents are encouraged to join in the fun.  A yoga mat or bath towel, a stuffed animal and comfortable clothing are needed.  Some classes include story time.  Payment collected through Venmo @KatClarkSilveira.  Zoom link sent after payment is received.
