Mindful Movement 3/23 (1)

This is a 30 minute high energy, fun and creative on-line class desined for preschool age children.  Older siblings and parents are encouraged to join in the fun.  A yoga mat or bath towel, a stuffed animal and comfortable clothing are needed.  Some classes include story time.  Payment collected through Venmo @KatClarkSilveira.  Zoom link sent after payment is received.
