Introduce your child, and yourself, to stress reduction strategies, mindfulness and songs about peace.
Mindful Music encourages healthy attachment, stress management, emotional self-regulation for children and their caregivers. Kathryn returns to the Library with a new mindfulness and meditation workshop. This energy filled class combines music, movement, drumming and creative expression. Kathryn supplies the instruments, the instruction, and the opportunity for everyone, regardless of ability, to engage in a fun and spontaneous way. This class is for ages 3+ and all abilities.
