About the Event
Mindful Music encourages healthy attachment, stress management, emotional self-regulation for children and their caregivers. This high energy class combines music, movement, drumming and creative expression. Kathryn supplies the instruments, the instruction, and the opportunity for everyone, regardless of ability, to engage in a fun and spontaneous way. This class is for all abilities. Siblings are welcome, toddlers and infants must be in adult laps.
